Our consultative approach to flight coordination results in tailored quotes for each client based on their retreat destination, arrival and departure times, originating and the destination location. We can compile flight quotes for review and purchase flights on your behalf, managing all schedule changes and cancellations, for a small service fee.
It is highly recommended to purchase trip interruption and cancellation insurance to protect your retreat investment. While the fact is that most will never need their travel insurance, the reality is that every once in awhile, someone will. And – if you are the who needs it – you will feel like it was one of the best investment you’ve ever made. Travel insurance can be as little as 4 – 8% of your trip cost and cover for you on everything from trip cancellation due to injury, jury duty, all the way to a hurricane.
